Recent reports indicate that some online users are increasingly dependent on the Inteet, in the same way that has become dependent on other drugs, alcohol or gambling, which led to failure (1,2), reduced work performance (3 ) and even discord and marital separation (4). As the Inteet becomes increasingly part of our lives, Inteet addiction disorder has received much attention. The term Inteet Addiction Disorder was coined by psychiatrist Ivan Goldberg. Those who are addicted to the Inteet, may withdraw from social and interpersonal interactions of the Inteet. Family relations and academic or occupational functioning deteriorate.Inteet May Addiction Disorder: Myth or reality? That some people have problems with spending too much time online? Sure. Some people spend too much time reading, watching, and working, and ignore family, friends and social activities. But we have TV addiction disorder, book addiction, dependency and the work itself as legitimate mental disorders in the same category as schizophrenia and depression? Although many believe the term addiction is applied only to cases of chemical products (5.6), with similar diagnostic criteria were applied to a number of problem behaviors such as pathological gambling (7,8,9) eating disorders (10, 11), sexual addiction (12), generic technological addictions (13), and dependence on video games (14,15,16,17). Like all other addictions, Inteet addiction is a psychophysiological disorder involving tolerance (the same amount of use unless the causes of response, the increase of the amounts required to evoke the same amount of pleasure) withdrawal symptoms (especially tremor, anxiety, and moodiness), affective disorders (depression, irritability), and disruption of social relationships (a decline or loss, both in terms of quality or quantity). Due to the nature of Inteet Addiction Disorder, all other forms of dependence is said to be closer to CriteriaA male pathological gambling.Diagnostic model of Inteet use, which clinically significant difficulty or that is manifested by three (or more) of following, occurring at any time during the same period of 12 months, is all that is necessary for the diagnosis of a person with Inteet Addiction Disorder: (I), the tolerance, as defined in one of the following: (A ) A significant need for a greater amount of time on the Inteet to achieve satisfaction (B) markedly diminished effect with continued use of the same amount of time on the Inteet (II) withdrawal, as manifested by one of the following (a) characteristic withdrawal syndrome (1) Cessation of (or reduction) in Inteet use has been heavy and prolonged. (2) Two (or more) of the following, developing within several days to a month after Criterion 1: (a), psychomotor agitation (b) Anxiety (c) obsessive thinking about what is going on Inteet (d) fantasies or dreams about Inteet (e) voluntary or involuntary typing movements of the fingers (3) The symptoms in Criterion B cause distress or impairment in social, occupational or other important areas of functioning other (B ) use the Inteet or similar online service is dedicated to preventing or alleviating the symptoms (III) Inteet access is often more often or for long periods of time allotted (iv) a persistent desire or unsuccessful efforts to reduce or control Inteet use (V) of a large amount of time spent on activities related to the Inteet (for example, buying books online, trying new browser, Inteet search providers, the organization of files downloaded materials (VI) Important social, occupational, or recreational activities are given up or reduced because of Inteet use. (VII), despite the use of the Inteet continues to be aware of a persistent or recurrent physical, social, professional, or psychological problems that may be caused or aggravated by the use of the Inteet (18) (sleep deprivation, marital difficulties, advanced for early moing appointments, neglect of duties, feelings of abandonment or significant other) . What makes Inteet addiction, then? Given the recent increase in access to information technology (19), we have a new generation of the various computer users. The Inteet is not dependence, but specific applications can play an important role in the development Inteet abuse. Secondly, Inteet users report a sense of excitement, while the use of the Inteet, which may be parallel to "high" when people with experience of becoming addicted Games (16) or the game Gaming (7). This implies that the level of emotion experienced by users on-line for implementation of the Inteet may be associated with the use of dependency Inteet.Since aspects of the Inteet where people spend so much time online have to do with social interaction, it appears that socialization is an element that makes the Inteet "addiction". Whether by email, a discussion forum, chat, or an online game, people are spending time in the exchange of information, support and Chit-chat with other people like them (20). On the other hand, the type of application used by the user on-line may also be associated with the development of the Inteet are Inteet addicts abuse.Who In the first study focused on the social and psychological effects of Inteet use at home, researchers have found that people who spend even a couple of hours a week online experience higher levels of depression and loneliness than it would if the computer network less frequently used (21). In addition, if we look at Inteet addiction in terms of behavior, it was found that most people who think that employees are probably suffering from a desire not to deal with other problems in their lives. The problems may be a mental disorder (depression, anxiety, etc.), a serious health problem or disability, or a relationship problem. E 'other than to tu on the TV so you do not need to talk to your spouse, or to go "out with the children" for a few drinks so you do not have to spend time at home. There is nothing else except how. The alteative hypothesis was given by Dr. John M. Grohol (20). It 'said that the behavior we observe are phasic. Most people with Inteet addiction "likely newcomers to the Inteet. This is passing through the first stage of acclimating to a new environment - immersing in it. Because this environment is much bigger than anything ever seen before, some people are "locked" in acclimation (or spell), for a longer period than is typical for acclimating to new technologies, products or services.
